Shane McMillan is the Facility Director at Merritt Island in Merritt Island, FL and serves on the National Programming team for Trinity Fitness. Before coming to Trinity Fitness, he has seen years experience as a K-12 Physical Education teacher. He is a state certified Physical Education teacher and certified Trinity Fitness trainer.
He and his wife Alex live in Merritt Island and enjoy being a part of God’s ever-growing kingdom and love using the platform of fitness to accomplish His will!

I am born and raised right here in Brevard County. I attended Samford University in Birmingham, AL where is received my bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration. Upon returning from college, I spent seven years as the K-12 Physical Education teacher at Merritt Island Christian School, while also serving as the Defensive Coordinator for the Varsity Football team for four years. I began working out at Trinity Fitness in August of 2016 when Merritt Island first opened, became a trainer in January of 2017, and left teaching to join Trinity Fitness full-time in May of 2021. I really enjoy living in this community and loving the people that God puts me in contact with so that His Spirit can fill the lives of others.
